OPERATOR:Emergency, which service?
CALLER:Ambulance, I need an ambulance. It's my daughter. She's having some kind of panic attack. I can't get her breathing to slow down and she can barely talk to me.
OPERATOR:Okay, I'm getting help to you right now. Can you tell me how old she is?
CALLER:She's nine. Please hurry!
OPERATOR:Is she conscious?
CALLER:Yes. She's awake. She's just shaking and breathing really fast.
OPERATOR:What's her name?
CALLER:Erika.
OPERATOR:You're doing the right thing. I need you to stay calm for me and stay on the line. Has this happened before?
CALLER:Not like this. She's been panicking about school, but never like this.
OPERATOR:That's okay. I need you to go and unlock your front door for the paramedics.
CALLER:Okay. I'm doing that now.
OPERATOR:Then go back to your daughter. What's she doing now?
CALLER:She's curled up on the floor. She keeps saying she can't go back.
OPERATOR:Go back where?
CALLER:School.
OPERATOR:Has she been going to school recently?
CALLER:No. I try every morning, but she panics. I can't get her through the door.
OPERATOR:I've got an ambulance two minutes away. Stay with me.
CALLER:Please hurry. Please.
