I'm hoping you can clear something up.

I live at Flat 18 and keep being asked to accept parcels for my neighbour at Flat 12. They are always marked as being left with a neighbour because the recipient was unavailable.

The strange thing is that Frank is usually home.

It has happened enough times now that I wondered whether there is some kind of delivery instruction attached to his address.

I'm also not his nearest neighbour. There are several flats closer to his than mine.

I'm not complaining. I just want to understand why the drivers are always directed to me rather than another neighbour.
