HAMMOND:Mr Caldwell, thank you for picking up. I'm Sally Hammond, Sarah's line manager at TriCare. I hope I'm not disturbing you.
CALDWELL:No. Is everything alright?
HAMMOND:I'm calling because Sarah hasn't been in since yesterday. She came in yesterday morning and then left without telling anyone. We haven't been able to reach her. Did she come home last night?
CALDWELL:I don't know.
HAMMOND:You haven't seen her?
CALDWELL:No. I've tried calling her.
HAMMOND:Is there any reason she wouldn't come into work today?
CALDWELL:Not that I know of.
HAMMOND:Can you get to the house?
(Pause)
CALDWELL:I'll make sure it's checked.
HAMMOND:I'm sorry to worry you. It's just very unlike her.
CALDWELL:She's been under a lot of stress.
HAMMOND:At home?
CALDWELL:Everywhere, really. She hasn't been sleeping properly. She's become very anxious about things.
HAMMOND:What sort of things?
CALDWELL:The house. Work. Things being moved. She gets very fixed on something and then she can't let it go.
HAMMOND:She has mentioned some concerns here.
(Pause)
CALDWELL:What concerns?
HAMMOND:Nothing I can discuss without Sarah's permission. I just need to know she's safe.
CALDWELL:Of course.
HAMMOND:Can you call me once you know whether she's there?
CALDWELL:Yes.
HAMMOND:Thank you.
