This statement relates to my attendance at the property occupied by Mrs Sarah Caldwell. A woman I never met.

I have been asked about additional instructions I received through the Verdant app.

There were things I was asked to do that I didn’t really understand. I did them anyway.

I was instructed to adjust electrical equipment in the property. Not removing anything. Or adding anything. Just change things.

It seemed strange. But I guessed there was a reason for it.

On returning to the property, I noticed that items I had previously moved were sometimes back in their original positions. This occurred a few times.

That glass. The one on the floor during my last visit. I’d been asked to move it before. I remember thinking it was odd. Specific.

I thought it was part of the work, or that I had misunderstood the instruction.

I did not raise any concerns at the time.

The things I changed were always small. That was why I never questioned them.

I didn’t understand what difference they made.

I understand now why they had to be small.
